Subject: The Uprising!

WOW! What a motivating show! Congtrats to Big Ron and all the support staff and lets not forget the JUDGES! I would of definitely not want to have judged the overall!
Some Notes:
- Jason's Symmetery was spot on! Great improvements! Back was silly! Look out for him he is HUNGRY!
- John was a class act! Absoutley Diced! Dude won like 7 trophies! Just amazing!
- Chad was only 145!! Glute/Ham tie in were out of sight! Gave up 30 Pounds to some guys. Just goes to show what 16 weeks of dieting does!

Stellar performance to all competitiors! The dude in the Neon trunks with his routine had me knee slappin the whole night.

Great to see everyone and have an awesome summer!
