First I take it that you are going to do this yourself.
The carpet you can pick up at many sites on the web,bass pro shop sells kits.Next, Make sure you either get treated wood or put on a good coat of wood sealer. Seats ?, Send them to any auto trim shop to be re-covered, Their not going to get any better no matter what you try.(I use to work for M&M auto) Console,if glass, a good rubbing compoud first on a buffer wheel should take out the oxsidation, then spray a clear coat over it.If meatal, you still can try the compound. Second thing; if you plan on sending it all out for some one else to do,give holliday boats a call,708- 758-0405 ask for Glenn and he will get you the best price for the job.
