Im having an anochoic cysts and it is 8.5 cms now .can anyone suggest me?

My wife underwent ULTRASONOGRAPHY OF ABDOMEN AND PELVIS AND AN ELONGATED THICK WALLED ANECHOIC CYSTIC LESION MEASURING 4.4X1.8X1.7 CMS NOTED ADJACENT TO THE LEFT OVARY IN ITS LATERAL ASPECT-LIKELY EXOPHYTIC OVARIAN/PARAOVARIAN CYST-LESS LIKELY HYDROSALPINX

PL SUGGEST IS DANGEROUS. What is the treatment required?
