Hayley,

I just wanted to take a moment to acknowledge you individually this year.

Hayley, I have watched you for several years now and I must say that you have blossomed into a beautiful young lady and well you ROCKED this year. Your clothes were fabulous and your talent - words can not say what an amazing performance that was.

I know that we do not know you very well, but you are a precious young lady and I hope to see more of you this coming year when I compete as a Mini Miss.

Again, Hayley congratulations for this was your year, you rocked in every competition.
