Does any body know how to get your toe stand better I have tried the in between chairs thing but it is just not working, my legs go all wobbly and shakky cuz of too much pressure on them and my ankles are begining to become irritated a little I think it could be cuz I don't have shoes with a flat front (they are rounded a bit) but I filed them down some but still nothing and I have tried making my shoes more flexible but they just won't budge HELP!
