This is explained by an excerpt from my book “Jesus The Lord of Glory” ( the ultimate Christology ) which reads: “The name Jehovah or Yahweh is a Hebrew word meaning “I am the Lord”. The modern English version translation of the name Jehovah should be: “I AM THE LORD or THE LORD I AM”. The abbreviated term is “I AM”. For Jesus called himself the Great “I AM”. Jehovah is the name for the Godhead or Holy Trinity in which Jesus Christ was the appointed, and anointed mediator. Jesus is the Spokesperson, Jesus who is called the Word of God.” Rev. Donald E.
