Vicki’s cheeks flushed softly as her hero carried her to the bedroom and sat her on the welcoming bed. She smiled when he kissed her and wrapped her arms around him. “More than perfect, love.” She whispered in his ear. She was tired, but not too tired to kiss him goodnight. Her lips brushed his neck and worked up to his cheek, then his lips. Soft and warm.
