The lovely Leslia Miller will represent the Bahamas in the upcoming Miss Asia Pacific International Pageant, scheduled for China in on April 9th. Pageant enthusiasts in the Bahamas will be watching with excitement, as Leslia is expected to do very well based on her past performances in the international pageant arena. Last year she won the Queen of the Americas title in the Miss European Union pageant in Hungary; she placed 2nd runner-up in the inaugural Miss Commonwealth Pageant in Jamaica; and she was a top 10 finalist in the Miss Intercontinental pageant in China.
The svelte 6' 1" tall beauty is in high demand in her country as a professional runway model, and has appeared in may local and international publications, including Essence Magazine, where she was featured wearing fashions by Bahamian designer Lisa Humes. When she's not strutting her stuff on the catwalk, Leslia serves as the Director of the Sunburst Paint Manufacturing Company in The Bahamas. She was recently selected by her country's Ministry of Youth to be the spokesperson for its National Youth program.
