Smiling up at him she stretched a little and kissed his cheek before stepping back. Energies coalesced around her and she vanished from Darke's view.. reappearing less than a heartbeat later in front of Drake.

"Drake? Can we.... can we talk? Please?"

She wasn't even sure if he would listen to her, and afraid that he would and not believe anything she said. And she wouldn't blame him if that's what he did.
