Automatically, his arms wrapped around her when she'd embraced him. He hadn't flinched when she'd called him love, as though it felt right coming from her, and hearing her say it. Nor was he going to complain.

He understood her story, since he had gone without his sight for a long time. In truth, he hadn't been a whole person without it, though he did indeed, and was forced, to live without it.

He only blinked slightly when she spoke of Wyrd, hins fingers rubbing the back of her neck after she'd place his hand there on her neck.

"I never imagined that creature would need -anything- healed."

He only smiled as she continued to ramble for a bit, then leaned down and kissed her, his sly method of silencing her.
