Zenra might finally feel his presence there, as he simply appeared, via an insta-step, his mind projecting on line of sight points, and his body simply following instantaneously, although several physicists might have argued the fact that he had actually done it until they were blue in the face.
He didn't understand how it worked either, just that it worked.
Cyrus sighed, and, standing beside Zenra, took a deep breath before looking inward to find the reserves of strength that he had been saving, then releasing them within his own body.
There was an instant effect on his posture as he felt, for lack of a better word, rejuvenated, though in truth, it was merely saved energy spent well.
Afterall, he had been mining, flying, and frustrated today, and he needed the boost.
"So, is this the part where the evil looking dude launches into a big speech, and we go all 'never!' and then we fight? Because I'm thinking that maybe we can save some time, and skip all the garbage," Cyrus said with a calm sarcasm so unlike the extremes of emotions he had demonstrated earlier.
Yet somewhere in his head, he uttered a silent apology to Aurora. For it seemed as though it were inevitable that someone numbered among her children, someone numbered among forgottenkind, would come out the worse for this, and, Cyrus knew, that would make her sad.
