Cyrus finally sighed, and looked at emillia's hands before wincing and reaching for his sash, pulling the throwing knife from where it was stashed behind him to cut long strips from it.

Gently taking Emi's hands in his, he began the slow process of wrapping them in the cloth, all the while murmering soft words of magic, the pain slowly receding in Emillia's hands.

"Pain killers," he explained, having been the only one to attend that particular lesson on magic, since it had been after class once. He didn't actually heal the wounds... just made them hurt less.

Finally, after a few moments of medical work, Cyrus yawned, "Emillia, sorry bout what happened with my swo..." he said, before he keeled over from exhaustion.

Nobody had ever seen him that tired before.
