Misty had gotten seperated from Talen and had, as the only sensible thing to do, gone to the Filanon for shelter. She was certain Pan would help her or at worst send her to stay with "relatives" in a different forest, one that was away from Hogoromo. She'd been right, but Pan's actions surprised her. He took a seedling from his tree and placed it a kind of bag that held soil. It was the only way a Filanon could leave his or her tree and only the younger ones could do it for any length of time. In essence they were taking their tree with them and when they reached a place where they wanted to settle they just replanted their seedling. It would take awhile to grow of course but not as long as an ordinary tree. Without packing anything else they left, heading south to another forest that was populated by the Filanon. It was safe since Pan had heard that no humans or Forgottens bothered entering it. While everyone else had headed to the Escalvone Pan and Misty headed to another forest.
