Cyrus woke sleepily and muttered, wondering why he was awake so early for just a moment, then sitting upright in bed and looking at the small mechanical clock that was buzzing next to him.

The gnomishly engineered device was outlandishly complicated, and when it went off, enough to wake him.... however, the problem was, it wasn't entirely reliable.

He had about five minutes to be dressed and in Myuler's classroom to make up his time, and that wasn't good.

Suddenly, Cyrus became a blur of green and chrome, his blanket flying across the room, drawers flying from his dresser, and having no time to clean up the mess afterwards, it looked like a hurricane had suddenly erupted in his room when he left.

three minutes left, he knew he'd better really kick it into high gear. He took a deep breath and held it, right before the blur of green and chrome that was Cyrus became even more of a blur and the rest of the world sped by as he ran, a vacuum forming around him, and then, with three seconds to spare, he burst into the classroom, closed the door behind him, and was in his seat.

Exactly on time.

"Uhhh.... good morning Myuler," He said, panting from the momentary oxygen deprivation
