He asked, thanking heaven she hadn't said icecream, since he had been cooped up indoors more than usual lately, and was feeling a touch claustrophobic in small places like the icecream shop, mostly because of the mines.

It occurred to him that he would have to thank Yomi, and talk his dad into preparing a basket of goodies, since he himself had no talent for cooking.

Even having to thank Yomi for something, was worth this.
