Tiny "mip"s still filled the room even though the serpent was dead. Aphrodite made short work of the beast, eating everything of the body. Head, bones, scales, it didn't matter. Even the venom sacs were devoured, adding to the young wyrd's already high resistance to toxins.

The last sight of the snake was Aphrodite slurping up the end of the tail like it was a long, thick speghetti noodle.
