The sound of his cane making his way across paved stones preceded the blind prophet, even as he turned his head towards the human girl, and nodded.

"It is good that humans still live, and do not be so apprehensive. The queen taught her daughter that all creatures, even those once our enemies, deserve great consideration and respect," he explained, though his accent remained archaic, as though he were from Myuler's younger days.

But that wasn't possible... was it?

"Emillia, thou shoulds't stand. One can only bow for so long, before one develops a most unpleasant ache in the back," he said with a chuckle, and continued on his path.
