He was referring to Chaos, the power he held from the first day of his creation. It always knew it's own. Within chaos there was no order, no purpose. It's singular purpose was to simply be and defy order. Law was the contrary to that, perfect, fixed, unbreakable. Null was the absence of both, the absence of all. But it was only a shadow of power compared to its more powerful cousin, the Black Wind.
