Myuler just looked at Tyrsis for a moment, then gave a lop sided grin.

"I could house all of Hogoromo within these walls, and still have elbow room for a family of dragons. Of course you can, if you can stand the house cleaning itself..."

His hand waved toward the drapes that still fluttered madly like tenticles.

"Yay! Company!"

Aphrodite bound off the couch and greeted Tyrsis much like an excited puppy might greet their master.

"This house has already defended our lives at least four times just this morning. Whereever these people came from, they're determinted to try to get in here after someone. I just haven't had the chance to ask who it is they're after. They've kind of ended up dead before I get to them."

Myuler rolled his eyes and shrugged.

"I don't know what it would be they would think they could accomplish by killing one of us."
