Kami walked on, and the bird followed, like a gossling after it's mother. One of the other elves tried to grab it about the neck, but couldn't seem to even get his hand near the delicate neck of the creature. It crooned at the elf, and continued to follow Kami into the forest, heedless of his sword dancing.

The Turquoise eyed bird just stood there, waggling her tail feathers every so often.

The elf stood there puzzled, the empathic feeling he got from the bird was only one thing.

Loyalty.

"Lord, I do not think this bird was sent here..."

He didn't think his lord would hear him.
