 Emi half smiled, and gingerly nodded. Her head turned, and she looked over her shoulder at the approaching crowd, both curious and surprised at her and this elf, so soon after her proclaimation.

[I'm such a hypocrite.] she thought, and waved off the guards. Then she took Kami by the arm someone might do with a way ward child, though she was just trying to get them out of the spotlight. Just touching him made her Forbiddion recoil, and it put her a slightly a bit more ease.

"That woman and that boy....who were they. I know her....she seems familiar."
