Wyrd stopped short at her words. He just watched her back for a moment. His gold eyes blinked, slowly.

"I..have no family."

His nose twitched and he continued following Tyrsis.

Without warning a corpse flew passed him. It was a man's corpse with daggers still in hand. Then a voice.

"That's the fourth one this morning! You'd think they'd learn by now malice can't enter this place."

It was Myuler's voice coming from the second floor of his house. The drapes were still lashing menicingly outside the windows like tenticles.

"By goddess if I have to kill another human-like creature I'm going to explode.."

Wyrd rested his paw on Tyrsis' shoulder for a brief moment.

"I think you'll be safe here."
