Snarl.
There was a great snarl that issued from Wyrd's throat. A demon. His tail coiled upward, and his teeth bared. His form shivered as he fought the urge to chase. Instead he tore his gaze from the spot to Tyrsis, then to the blood that was soaking the ground through the rain. The girl. She was barely clinging to the ebbs of life, her life oozing out into the rain. He turned, the girl's eyes barely watching him, bleared by pain, sleep, and rain. He nudged the cloak off of her form, exposing her two neat halves from which had been willed by the demon. The gold set of eyes glowed fiercely at this travisty of horror, the crimson eyes filled with bloodlust.
The girl whimpered at the sight of him, and her head fell to the side in a mix of giving up to death and fear of dying from this creature.
Carefully, Wyrd's paws came up and he brought her halfs together, then licked across the halves, sealing her back together. All her vital organs reattached themselves together. But she was still unconscious from blood loss. Most of her life blood was already washed away by the rain and unretrieveable by his magics. Instead he pulled a thread of Weave and wrapped it around her, binding her soul to her body for the time being, and kept her from dying from bloodloss. She went into a light form of hibernation, so that the low supply of blood left in her body could circulate slowly while her body repopulated her veins, however slowly it might be.
"This girl is important somehow... She needs a warm place to rest and recover."
His eyes darted over toward the distance where he knew Impazael would show up.
Another snarl, and he found again the urge to persue, and picked up the girl in his paws, and spread his wings to umbrella the rain off her, and Tyrsis, if she was going to follow him to the castle.
