It's the way of order on Aurora. It's a never ending cycle that will continue until nothing is left. But we always seemed to be singled out, in one way or another. It just doesn't seem fair we are the ones that are "picked on" so to say. Life is never fair, child. If all was fair, there would be no point to living at all. Without chaos, there is not growth, and the world would become a stagnat, bleak place. Perhaps it is my bias, but I don't want these things to happen in the way they do. They always hit fast and hard, and leave us staggering to regain control before the next wave hits. It's how the world weeds out the weak ones, child. Without perserverence and determination, nothing would ever get done. Why did I fall? There are times in which certain things must happen to prove a point. Did you see the point? Do you understand why it happened? I was reckless...I wasn't paying attention. No, that wasn't the point. The point was that alone, no one can stand up to challenges they are faced with, even personal ones. The point was that you can not face these things alone, even if it for the good of your people. Even if you sacrifice yourself for them, it would have been for naught if you did it alone. I understand. Even if I could save the world, it would be pointless unless I do it for and with everyone.
