Subject: In Need of 2 solo open championship dresses reasonably priced!

I am looking for 2 open championship dresses, one for an under 8 and the other for an under 9. Any help in the matter would be greatly appreciated!!!! (Slightly stressed!!) The following are the measurments:
Dress 1:
Waist 25inches approx
Chest 25inchesx approx
Neck to waist 12 inches approx.
Waist to hem 10.5 inches approx
Total length - 22/23 inches

Dress 2:
Waist 25 inches approx
Chest 25 inches approx
Neck to waist - 13 inches approx
Waist to hem - 13 inches approx.
Total length - 26 inches approx.
