Subject: Championship Dress wanted for 8 year old

I am looking for an up-to-date GAVIN, ELEVATION or SIOPA RINCE dress that would fit a wide shouldered 8 year old girl.

These are the measurements that I am looking to match

Chest 26"
Natural waist 23"
Dropped waist 24"
Neck to waist 12"
Shoulder to waist 14"
Sleeve 19"
Skirt 12"
Shoulder to shoulder 12.5"
