Subject: DRESS WANTED

I am in desperate need of a solo dress. Something that will be suitable for prizewinner and prelims. Nothing neon or velvet, anything will be open to consideration.

Bust 37-38"
Waist 30-31"
Sleeve 24-25"
Shoulder to waist: 18"
Neck to waist: 17"
Waist to hem: 18"
Shoulder to shoulder 19"
and I am 5'9.75" tall
