This dress was new for 2006 Nans, made and designed by Siopa Rince.

"Heart design" dress, 4 panel with detachable tutu (we stitched it in for extra security), soft cape, dropped waist, includes embroidered crown and bloomers.

I can't seem to get the picture posted - email me for pic. I will try to find another way to post the picture, too.

Approximate measurements:
1. Neck to hip (dropped waist) - 13 1/4 inches (back)
Neck to hip - 15 3/4 (front)
2. Chest - 25 1/2
3. HIP measurement - 26 1/2
4. Skirt from just above hip to above knee - 12
5. Sleeve - 21
6. Waist - 24 1/4

Paid $2,160 - Asking $1,600 (there is minor embroidery damage on each sleeve where sequins have caught the threads - price reflects this).

This dress has turned the heads of little girls everywhere - and we love it, too. The reason for the sale is that DD has transferred schools and it will not fit when she is ready to dance again!
