Subject: New dress for sale

This brand new signature "Double Layered" dress is made of Royal Blue velour glitterball. The appliqué is made of fluorescent orange and yellow holographic moon sequins and white velour with holographic dots. All of the one inch circle shapes are holes and there is a second layer of fabric behind them. The second layer is hot pink shantung.
The lining is hot pink shantung and is appliquéd along the hemline with fluorescent orange and yellow holographic moon sequins.
The dress comes with a matching tiara and kickpants.
