Good questions:

1. 以聖經記載，方舟大約長四百五十呎，闊七十五呎，高四十五呎（以一肘所一呎半計），如要抵受大風浪，一定要有完整硬木塊，但世上最長的完整硬木塊，約只三百呎長。

2. 四百五十呎長的木船，即使以現在的釘板技防溜技術，也不可能抵受大風浪數十天， 而當時根本就沒有金屬作釘板。

3. 不少動物都有牠的生態特性，雪地動物如北極熊，企鵝，怎可找上門來？

4. 有不少沙漠動物不能離開沙洞，怎可上船？

5. 大部分動物的食用習性不同，有些根本不是人類所能為他預備，挪亞怎樣解決？

6. 不少動物只能吃新鮮食物，挪亞如何供應？

7. 不少動物只能在極熱或極寒生活，怎能放在一處？

8. 本人曾從事生態工作，理論上，動物若只餘下少於二十頭，我們也會認為牠們是絕種，因他們的基因多樣性已失去，如此窄的基因庫無可能存活，何況是七公七母或一公一母？

9. 洪水如何令水中動物滅絕？挪亞又是否有帶水中動物上（只說有血有肉，沒有說水中動物）？

10. 若加上昆蟲（創7:8），最少也有上千萬種動物，方舟只有三層，每層只有四分一個大球場般大，如何放得下最少四千萬種動物？（假說一半是七公七母，一半是一公一母）

11. 按基督徒深信的物種不自我出現，方舟一定有載恐龍，可惜方舟絕不可能載得下一隻腕龍。

12. 洪水後，地上一切盡滅，動物如何找食物？

13. 四千萬隻動物於七天內上船，動用全球的 DHL，也不可能做到。

14. 即使七天內能全數運到，上船的速度，也要平均每秒六十六隻動物，即使全是世上活動最高速的蜂鳥，也沒有可能。

15. 方舟的船身以高一肘（呎半）來透光（創6:16），但以方舟的規模，沒有現代化的通風系統，一天內所有動物也會死掉。

16. 以挪亞一家的人手，每天不可能處理二千隻哺乳類動物的糞便，更何況有四千萬隻不同類型的動物？

17. 挪亞如何保鮮食物？

18. 即使到十八世紀，人類在遠航時，也會因缺乏新鮮植物，而患壞血病死，即使挪亞一家不帶動物，也不容易存活。

19. 以不同動物的生育能力，四十日後，方舟的負重量可能會倍增，如何應付？

20. 以動物的密度及飲食習慣的不同，幾乎所有都要個別餵食，八人如何應付？

21. 以簡單的物理現象，大氣層怎樣聚積四十天雨量，突然浸掉全球？空氣中如何承重（指水的重量）？

22. 地球何來有如此大量的淡水（即使加上海水），浸掉所有高山？
