"He raiseth up the poor out of the dust, and lifteth up the beggar from the dunghill,
to set them among princes, and to make them inherit the throne of glory:
for the *pillars* of the earth are the LORD's, and he hath set the world upon them."
— 1 Samuel 2:8 (KJV translation)
John Gill's Exposition of the Entire Bible:
for the pillars of the earth are the Lord's, and he hath set the world upon them;
the earth has its foundations on which it is laid, and its pillars by which it is supported;
but these are no other than the power and providence of God;
otherwise the earth is (Job 26:7'hung upon nothing'), in the open area:
and that God can and does do this may well be thought, and to do all the above things
in providence and grace, related in the preceding verses;
in the support, and for the proof of which, this is observed.
Figuratively, the pillars of the earth may design the princes of the world,
the supreme rulers of it, and civil magistrates, who are sometimes called cornerstones, and the shields of the earth,
Zec_10:4(Out of him came forth the corner, out of him the nail,
out of him the battle bow, out of him every oppressor together.),
and so pillars, because they are the means of cementing, supporting,
and protecting the people of the earth, and of preserving their peace and property.
Likewise good men may be meant in a figurative sense, who, as they are the salt of the earth,
are the pillars of it, for whose sake it was made, and is supported, and continued in being;
the church is the pillar and ground of truth; and every good man is a pillar in the house of God,
and especially ministers of the Gospel; see Rev_3:12
(Rev 3:12 Him that overcometh will I make a pillar in the temple of my God.

Job 28:24 For He looks to the end of the *earth*, and sees under all the heavens;
do you know the original word of this *earth*(in hebrew) can mean (lands, countries, field, earth,
district, region ground, or tribal territory etc.) it is a complex ancient word.

"He unleashes his lightning beneath the whole heaven and sends it to the *ends* of the earth."
a,John Gill's Exposition of the Entire Bible:
and his lightning unto the ends of the earth;
it cometh out of the east, and shineth to the west,
Mat_24:27(For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west;
so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.);
and swiftly move to the further parts of the earth: and such a direction, motion,
and extent, has the Gospel had; the glorious light of it, comparable to lightning,
it first broke forth in the east, where Christ, his forerunner and his disciples,
first preached it, and Christian churches were formed;
and from thence it spread into the western parts of the world,
and before the destruction of Jerusalem it was preached unto all nations;
it had a free course, ran, and was glorified;
the sound of the voice of it went into all the earth,
and the words and doctrines of the apostles unto the ends of the world.
b,Brown-Driver-Briggs’Hebrew Definitions:
Strong’s Hebrew and Greek Dictionaries:
Strong’s no. of *ends* is H3671
Hebrew word is "kanaph כּנף"
which is (overspreading, wing, extremity, edge, winged, border.)
Albert Barnes' Notes on the Bible:
Unto the ends of the earth - Margin, as in Hebrew “wings.”
The word wings is given to the earth from the idea of its being
spread out or expanded like the wings of a bird.

"在大水和水族以下的陰魂戰"
it is a problem of "there is 靈界 or not"
遮蔽他的寶座、將雲鋪在其上:
"將雲鋪在寶座上" but did't tell where is 寶座
Job 26:10 He hath compassed the waters with bounds, until the day and night come to an end.
He hath compassed the waters with bounds - The word rendered “compassed(חוּג chûg)",
means to describe a circle - to mark out with a compass;
and the reference is to the form of the horizon, which appears as a circle.
until the day, &c.--to the confines of light and darkness. When the light falls on our horizon, the other hemisphere is dark.
Job 26:11 The pillars of heaven .......
*pillars* of something, same as above.(1)
