Let see... There are racists in the world that don't like Asians. If you are Asians, they will discriminate against you, disrespect you, and try to make things difficult for you, or even physically harm you. Are you sure that it is something you could just 'take it so lightly? Even if you are, I'm not. Racism is a form of evil in this world. And before it could be eliminated from the mind, it has to be 'stopped' by the law. That is why there are anti-racial-discrimination laws to protect those who are being discriminated against. Would I respect a racist? I would say no way. I don't think racists deserve any respect, even if he is talented, or intelligent, or successful. The same go with gender. Sexism is the 'ill' of the world. And it should be eliminated from the minds. But before that could happen, there are laws that govern any discriminate based on gender in society. You don't have to be smart to be 'respect' as a fellow human being. And you don't have to be a man to be not discriminated against by sexists.
