A significant portion of «D°ò·þ®{ªº´£°Ý are about problems arising from the conflict between Enlightenment and traditional Christianity. Therefore, the existence itself of the whole Liberalism is an attempt to answer an important portion of «D°ò·þ®{ªº´£°Ý. Regarding the situation in Hong Kong, the Christian community is being dominated by Conservatives; Liberals are a minority, therefore having a relatively weak voice. The official church in mainland China is quite liberal, but why her evangelical work seems to be not quite prominent? That may be related to Liberal theology itself. Liberals respect other religions and encourage individuals to search for spirituality through various religious and philosophical paths, so Liberals are hesitate to convert people into the Christian religious tradition. In other words, Liberal theology is open and inclusive, therefore resulting in more emphasis on loving people as they are rather than converting them to its own mold.
