Well, that is not so uncommon for new church to package itself this way.

But what gives away its fundie root, is this part.

From the church site:
Becoming a Christian: "In the case of the Christian journey, that first step is to accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, and to free your life from sin."

I disagreed with the concept of original sin that fundie hold dear. I don't believed any normal non-Sadist human being could believe people are going to hell just because they haven't picked the right god.

I would say it is a good start, but not good enough.

The inclusive may only mean accepting Christians from various denomination. If you want to know, I could call back and clarify a few more points.

My standard questions for finding an acceptable inclusive Church are:

1. Do you believe people are going to hell if they don't accept Jesus as their Lord and Savior? (I would include hell as eternal fire next time.)

2. Do you believe the Bible is inerrant?
3. Do you believe that being a homosexual is a sin?
4. Do you believe in Creationism?

That maybe a good start. Not to challenge this church or your points. Just don't like to waste time with fundies, that's all.

Call Foni at 2551-6161 or asked for Scott.

The question is, why goes to a church when you know that you may have to walk out in the middle of a sermon.
