Josepha (Bibi or Josie) Legaspi

I am trying to trace my sister who used to live in Marawi City and moved to Ilocos Sur where her husband came from sometime after I last saw her in 1984. Her husband is Julius (or Julio) and when last I saw them, they had three children, Mimi (who would now be about 21 or 22), Jerry (who would now be about 23 or 24) and another son whose name I cannot remember (he lived with his grandmother in Ilocos Sur). Can anyone help me please? Does anyone know them?
