I once was mistaken for the late actor Max Wright, who played the father on the old "Alf" TV show. The girl who thought she identified me as him still probably thinks she met a celebrity that day at the Stamford CT RR station.
And I once jokingly told my nephews when they were little kids that I had gone to West Street School with Moe Howard of "The Three Stooges". Not until about 10 years ago did they learn I had been kidding.
