This past September my wife and I took a cruise with her sister and husband that left NYC and went up the coast toward Canada. One of the stops along the way was in Newport, RI, with a side trip to a lighthouse. On the little boat that took us to the lighthouse was a narrator who told us about the surrounding area and about the lighthouse we were about to visit. It turned out that this narrator was Wayne Craft, NFA class of '59, and he married a cousin of mine, Carol Vanasco, from Newburgh. He phoned his wife who later met us on our return trip to Newport. Small world.
