Subject: OTS Update

Important announcements for OTS going forward:

The index will be changed from 4.50 to 4.70 as of today.

The Paris race that was scheduled for this Saturday the 10th, will be resheduled for sometime in July or August. The next OTS race will be at Dallas Raceway in Crandall on Saturday, April 24th.

I have handed the Presidency of OTS over to Gaylen Smith. He has offered to handle things in the interum. I will work with Gaylen to make this transition as smooth as possibly.

I personally appreciate all the racers, track operators, and sponsors that I've come to know in the last several months, and look forward to getting my heap to the track very soon.
