Subject: Eyes Q & A

Q:I wake up every morning with puffy eyes. I always remove my make-up, so what am I doing wrong?

A: The most common reason for this hapening is that you're removing your make up with greasy removers. These leave an oily film on the eye and over-night this creates irritation that leads to puffiness. To avaiod this, switch to oil-free make-up removers.

[> You might also try a fluffier pillow. Elevating your head more can help prevent fluid from collecting around the eye and face area during the night. -- Anonymous, 22:15:23 06/21/05 Tue [1]
