Bring 1 gift for a gift swap & a donation for the Empty Stocking Fund.

Age Divisions: 0-2yr, 3-5yr, 6-9yr, 10-up, & Boys Attire: Fancy Holiday/Formal Attire

Awards:
Supreme Winners from 0-5yr, 6-Up, & Boys with the highest total score of beauty & side events receives a beautiful 5" Holiday crown & sash!
Beauty Winner in each age division with the highest facial beauty score receives a beautiful crown & sash!
Princesses and Princes, all not winning the above titles, will receive a special holiday gift!
Divisional Best Eyes, Best Smile, Best Personality, and Best Attire winners will each receive an award!

Sell Good Luck Wishes to win prizes! Sell 50 to win a CD player, 100 to win a DVD player, 200 to win a Color TV! Must contact director 3 days prior to the pageant to guarantee your prizes! ALL tickets must be cut & ready to turn in at registration.

I hereby release Pageantgirl Productions and any of their affiliates from all claims for damages, injuries, or loss before, during, or after the pageant. This also applies to the facility in which the function is being held. PGP will not be responsible for any damages or injuries to/at the facility. Bad sportsmanship is grounds for dismissal without refund. I also understand that the judges' decisions are final. No refunds unless the pageant is cancelled or not rescheduled by the director within 6 months. Contestant names and photos may be used for positive advertising purposes.
