Subject: PMR licensing abroad - update request

Hi All!
Spoddy,
I noticed that Poland is listed as a country in which sepcial licence is required to use PMR radios.

This was changed in 2002. And since September that year we can happily and without fear of being shot on the spot use our PMRs ;-). We still do get shot at occasionally for some other offences ;-)
