Subject: 216-220 Mhz Data Radio Needed

I am looking for a board-level, very small footprint, data radio in the 216 to 220 Mhz range. It needs to have a serial port on it so it can accept data from a gps and transmitt it to a receiver on the other end. Does anyone know if something like this is available or knows where I can get some built or can tell me how to build one?
