Subject: Alinco DJ-S446

Dear all,
I've got any problem (trouble) with my new radio Alinco DJ-S446.
Radio is very strongly interferented (itself) only at chanell number 3 (SQ regulator is must be adjusted min. value from 8 to 9).
My reseller (locale from my country) says me:"It's normally". But I think its not correct.
Please, have anybody scheme(circuit diagram) with plane how I cane repair this mistake? Our reseller is very unable for this.
