Subject: Headset radio

You guys seem to know everything about license free radio, so here's a question:
I'm looking for a headset two-way radio (radio incorporated within a headset) I can find toys but I can't find a reasonably priced, functional set. It's for communicating between crew on a sailboat - max 200' range. Any suggestions?
