Cheers Taylor, I'm fairly sure that GMRS/FRS radios will be as illegal in Romania as they are in the UK... but as usual you'd be pretty unlucky to be caught using them. Not sure what would happen at a border/customs inspection though - wouldn't want to chance it myself.
