Subject: The issue of Callsigns

I am hearing that ITU rules state that there should be only one callsign per location, which raises the issue of those individuals with old 'B' class licences, and newer class 'A' licences. There are quite a few licensees with both calls.
It also impacts the issue of special contest calls. Apparently these should not be used from the same location and/or using the same apparatus.
Are you aware of the ITU ruling on this?
Ofcom are aware, but as yet have not said what they will do.
