Subject: CONTROL MENTAL

Algunas personas me han preguntado sobre el control mental. Mi respuesta es la siguiente:

-No sé qué tipo de control mental será al que se refieren, ya que según creo hay varios tipos muy distintos entre sí. Los hay que son pura psicología y los hay que son más bien New Age.

-De todas maneras, y hablando en general, creo que los hombres no es control mental lo que necesitan, sino conocer el Evangelio y hablar con Jesús en la oración diaria. La vida cristiana practicada en profundidad conlleva la salud de la psicología humana.
La salud de la mente no requiere de técnicas, sino de felicidad. Y la felicidad se encuentra en la vida espiritual cerca de Dios cumpliendo los Mandamientos.
