Hi Mikal,

I've taken a lot of professional and personal growth-oriented seminars in the last 5 years, with a range of prices and benefits gained. On average, considering it's a 10 hour course, I think the price tag is very fair. But that's not really the issue...people will pay for a better quality of life. It's an investment in themself, their relationships, their community, and really, everyone.

Though I haven't taken the First Glance course yet, I've taken the Taboo Course. It took me a few days to digest what I received in that 1-day seminar, and to be honest, I'm still seeing ways it's benefitting me nearly 2 months later. I've studied with some pretty amazing leaders and people -- and I was frankly surprised at the level of truth, authenticity, intimacy, and depth that was present in the InSight (Taboo) course, as well as in my continued involvement with the community.

I will be at the course this weekend. I think it will be well worth the investment. I am not currently involved in the business aspects of One Taste, but I support their purpose and mission -- not only in paying their bills, but far exceeding that in profit so as to support the gifts they strive to share with others. I like contributing to win-win-win situations -- this seems to be one of them. We're so lucky to have them HERE!

Good luck with your decision. I'm sure you know the answer. Go with your gut instinct -- it's often right!

And hopefully I'll see you there. :)

Blessings,
Dawn

p.s. One more note...I've taken a couple seminars that involved a flight to Sicily -- all in all about $7000. That was a HUGE investment for me -- essencially money I didn't have at the time and mostly on a credit card. AND...I cannot imagine what direction or where I would be right now had I not made that decision. Since then (last June/July) I've moved, opened a business, started speaking to groups about what I do, gotten involved with Insight, and much more. Often when I've make a big investment in myself financially, there is a return on that investment that far exceeds my wildest imagination. I believe there is truth in this with InSight, or I would not be taking more courses with them. I feel confident that even if I later decided that a particular lifestyle, view, or practice was not for me, there is still learning and growth for me in the midst of gaining that clarity with them.
