First Glance course and sticker shock

Dear Insight folks,

First of all, thanks for your work and programs. I have attended two IN groups, and got quite a bit out of them.

Now I'm seriously considering doing the First Glance course this Saturday. However, the $295 price tag seems excessive for a ten-hour session. I realize that you've got to make rent, pay your bills, etc., but three yards is pretty high for a one-day course, even by SF standards.

Can anyone -- Insight personnel, or First Glance grads -- help me in my decision here? Why the high cost? Is the training really worth it in terms of better communications and life skills? What are some things I can expect to do and learn?

Sell me on this, folks -- I'm really balancing on a knife-edge here.
