your ability to be present comes through in your writing. and your comment about not being too hard on oneself is quite apt for me now. i think i tend to respond to the pressure of new situations by focussing on keeping my own act together, but being so close with others means letting go of some of that control.so it feels like i'm not doing something right, which feels like more pressure .. thanks for the reminder.
